Recommendations
It has been our
experience that if a student has no
prior experience with Pilates on the
equipment, that it is too easy for
that student to become overwhelmed
by all of the information and the
fast pace of the workshops.
Therefore, we highly recommend now
that you invest further in your
training, beyond the cost of
tuition, and purchase private
sessions so that you can get the
feeling in your body as quickly as
possible and you will progress more
smoothly through the course.
